3. No, you would have a lot of unhappy college students. As students we our under enough pressure and stress I don't think we should have to worry about not being able to smoke outside.

5. I think it is a sad fact of life. But its not like college students can smoke inside, everyone is smoking outside so there is not as much exposure to second hand smoke. If they want people to stop smoking ban cigarettes from being manufactured. How can they tell an individual not to smoke anywhere yet there not illegal.

5. People die for all reasons and everyone will die. Like many thousands, many of my family/friends have died for no reason, they may have well just smoked and enjoyed life. There are far more risks in life than smoking!
