Professional Woman seeking other Professional Women in Management to participate in Doctoral Research Survey?

I am assisting a working professional female doctoral student in the final stages of completing her PhD who's conducting research for her dissertation. The research is an on-line survey that targets single or married, with or without children, women in middle to upper management positions in "for-profit" organizations, between the ages of 22-55 %26amp; are not self-employed; specifically relating to the relationships between women's managerial leadership practices, work %26amp; family conflicts and importance of work %26amp; family roles. Working Women have proven capable of overcoming some of the glass ceiling barriers yet continue to face numerous challenges in their progressions to management as they attempt to fulfill work and family responsibilities; as well as satisfy role expectations in both domains often times leading to work-family conflict. To contribute to this research will dispel myths about gender and stereotypes. Please contact me so I may provide you with the web link and we THANK YOU!!
