I didn't look at your survey, but there is a HUGE problem with it:
How do you know that the respondents are executives?
There is nothing preventing a teenager (who, I suspect, are the vast majority of this website's users) from claiming that he/she is a manager, and giving you bogus data. Therefore, your survey results will be suspect (besides, you don't really expect a busy corporate exec to be on this website, much less fill out a stranger's - - possibly a teenager claiming to be a PhD student - - survey on the net, do you? (I'll give you some credit for using proper English - - a rarity on this website - - so you *might* be legit!)). ;)
I strongly suggest that you ask your family, friends, and neighbors, if they know any execs who'd be willing to fill out your survey in their spare time, or find a different method before your February deadline.
