Yes!!





I think that capital punishment should be legal in all states. America was founded on the principles of God so all our laws should revolve around Him. AN EYE FOR AN EYE!!





All murderers should be killed right away not ten years later and all sex offenders should be castrated.

Reply:No. It is a heinous thing to do no matter what the offense and constitutes "cruel and unusual punishment" as described in the Constitution.

In my country there is no caplital punishment. I do not believe that it would lessen the number of crimes, that sb wouldn't kill if he knew he can die after that. However we could feel that it is some kind of justice - you killed, you have to be killed... Because now those people are to spend the whole life in prison, but they have everything there and can feel quite comfortable! That is a bit riddiculous...


Generally, despite being catholic, I think I am not wholly against the C.P. But - I don;t think it to be the best solution...

being a catholic, i believe in mercy even for the worst of us. because we were all wicked at some point , and christ still loved us.





but...we clearly cannot have people like sadam hussein running around with a nuclear bomb...
