School survey; Do you think administration should have to approve a student newspaper before it's published?

I am doing a survey for school, and I was hoping you guys could help me out! the question is Do you think that a high school, student written newspaper should have to be approved by the school administration before it is published and distributed to students? A simple yes or no answer is fine! Thanks so much!

I started a student paper when I was at school and they would not allow it out unless it was censored. I can partly see their point because teenagers often have poor judgement BUT freedom of speech is important too.

Reply:Yes, because they need to ensure that the subject matter in the paper will not be offensive to other students, which could create problems in the school, as well as with parents.
