If i have a 40 person survey of respondents for graphs in college, what conclusions with arguements?

for and against their being valid i.e(informative and deceptive graphs) can i use to explain maybe one using a simple bar graph and the other a pie chart. How would I do one that is deceptive? How would I explain cxonclusions with arguments for and against their validity? the data is 40 items of students, how many units they have completed, and how long they have been in school. the bar graph shows 1 as the lowest and 36 as the highest. the pie chart shows 60 units to 130 units.

If i have a 40 person survey of respondents for graphs in college, what conclusions with arguements?
I would use a scatter chart with units completed on one axis and length of time in school as the other axis.
