I know each appendix is in all caps, but are the titles?

Student Survey
Should Student survey be in ALL caps?
Are Appendixes Titles in a thesis capitalized?
depends upon the format you are adopting.
I would say, if you have All caps in sub-titles of other chapters, then it is better to have All Caps. My view is that to make it similar to sub-title of other chapters.
